Paste Redactor is a privacy-focused browser extension that automatically detects and redacts personally identifiable information (PII) from text you paste. Our Service includes:

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment providers. During the payment process, our payment providers collect information directly from you, which may include your name, billing address, payment method details, and country for tax purposes. We do not store your full payment card number or complete payment credentials—this information is handled exclusively by our payment providers in accordance with their own privacy policies and security standards.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until the next billing cycle. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Premium subscription if a payment fails. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. We may attempt to retry failed payments at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to Premium features until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for any amounts already paid (see Section 5.6 for refund policy).
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. For any refund inquiries, please contact us at support@negativestarinnovators.com. We do not offer automatic or guaranteed refunds.
To prevent abuse and ensure fair usage, each Premium account is limited to a maximum of 10 browser installations. This limit is measured by unique browser instances (not devices, as users may run multiple browsers or virtual machines on the same device). If you need to exceed this limit (for example, for enterprise deployments), please contact us at enterprise@negativestarinnovators.com for custom licensing options. We reserve the right to restrict access to additional browsers beyond this limit without prior notice.
You acknowledge and agree that Paste Redactor is subject to export control laws and regulations, including those of the United States. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export restrictions, including but not limited to:
By using Paste Redactor, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any country subject to comprehensive sanctions, that you are not listed on any government denied party or sanctions list, and that you will comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations.
You agree to use Paste Redactor only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Paste Redactor, including its code, design, logos, branding (including the Ninja Fox mascot), and all related intellectual property, is owned by Negative Star Innovators. All rights are reserved.

These open source components may be used commercially and modified under the terms of the MIT License. However, this does not grant any rights to the Paste Redactor branding, trademarks, or proprietary service integrations.
You retain all rights to the text you paste and redact using Paste Redactor. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not collect, store, or transmit your pasted content—all processing happens locally in your browser.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including the right to discontinue the product entirely. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible, but we are not obligated to do so in all cases.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard (see Section 5.5).

Free Tier Users: If you use Paste Redactor for free, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any warranties (express or implied) and without any liability whatsoever. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
Paying Users: If you have paid for a Premium subscription, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Negative Star Innovators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall our aggregate liability to paying users exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought (contract, tort, or otherwise).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Negative Star Innovators, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts for the purpose of resolving any such disputes.
